To all team Managers and Coaches:

With league and coaches meetings coming up soon, I’d like to pass on our information to you to give to those teams that may have an interest in participating in the NBC Hap Dumont program this coming season.

CHANGES FOR 2009:

It will NOT be mandatory for a team to play in a NBC Hap Dumont State Tournament or a World Series Qualifier to participate in an NBC World Series; elite teams can bypass the State Tourney.

 

· Every team, from every State, will be required to roster and pay the required roster fee, to participate in any NBC “HAP” Dumont World Series and or World Series Qualifier.

· 19 year olds are now eligible to participate in NBC “Hap” Dumont Youth Baseball

· The team roster fee of $30 is good for a year. Jan to Jan.

  • Teams will roster on line at www.hapdumontbaseball.com
  • Click on the link on the left hand side CHARTER A TEAM
  • The United State map will appear click on your STATE
  • Click on the button REGISTER A TEAM
  • Select the age group you are from the drop down box
  • Fill in you team information PLAYERS NAME, AGE and DATE OF BIRTH
  • Name of league team on right hand side does not need to be filled in
  • VERY IMPORTANT: BE SURE YOU ARE FINISHED AND THE INFORMATION IS CORRECT. YOU CAN NOT CHANGE IT AFTER YOU SUBMITT YOUR ROSTER.
  • When you submit your roster you will pay by credit card at that time
  • REMEMBER YOUR TEAM NUMBER
  • Team numbers will also be needed when registering for World Series Tournaments
  • Print off several copies to carry with you for check in at tournaments
  • If you would need to change your roster because of injury/additions or you forgot your team number you will have to contact myself at pkshelite@hapdumontbaseball.com I will be glad to help you

o All teams can add players to their rosters until July 1; players being added between June 15 and July 1 MUST come from a NBC “Hap” Dumont rostered team. All coaches must be in agreement. Besides player’s name and birth date, the number of the team the player is coming from must be provided. (all changes are made through the National Tournament Administrator and it will be checked) pkshelite@hapdumontbaseball.com

These changes have only been made to make this program better for you and NBC “HAP” Dumont Baseball.
