Requirements For Charter

1. Applications for charters must be submitted to Headquarters and approved. Applications must include the annual National registration fee of $15.00 per team. All leagues must apply for charter on or before June 1.

2. NBC "HAP" Dumont Youth Baseball Headquarters, 
    P.O. Box 771352 Wichita, KS 67277

3. All Chartered leagues may add teams on or before June 15th merely by filing team registration fees with Headquarters.

4. Leagues chartered as NBC "Hap" Dumont Youth Leagues shall thereby become subject to the powers and jurisdiction of State Directors within whose limits such leagues operate.
